All music tracks
available for sell by BestTrailer Trax are licensed to you with the
acknowledgement and agreement of the following stated terms, conditions, and
restrictions of use.
In agreement
of using music by BestTrailer Trax it is understood that there will be no sell
to purchase Copyright or Master Copies of music material whether it is obtained
personally or from the website.
Unauthorized
duplication, distribution, or resell of music is specifically understood to be a
violation of this agreement. If Music License Agreement is broken or violated
legal action will be taken against you immediately according to the laws of
copyright infringement. Copyright infringement
is a major offense. BestTrailer Trax will do everything possible to ensure the
protection of its copyrights and rights as a company.
Rights Granted
You the
customer are authorized to do the following:
- Use the music in relation with book only audio/visual content under the time constraints of the BestTrailer Trax website.
- Use the music in relation with book only audio/visual content in hardware or electronic products such as computer laptop, CD/DVD, and copy/duplicate purchased music up to a number of 50 times before requiring any additional permissions by BestTrailer Trax.
- Use the music in relation to book only audio/visual content for public or internet display as long as the music being used is not accessible through any method of extraction in its original content.
- Use the music in relation to book only audio/visual content to broadcast in local, regional, national, and international as long as a valid clearance agreement is provided by BestTrailer Trax.
Limitations
You the
customer are not authorized to do
the following:
- Make copies or recordings of non-purchased music from BestTrailer Trax.
- Make copies of music and distribute/give them to other non-related vendors or sources outside the relation of your company after purchase.
- Grant access to music by BestTrailer Trax to any location outside your address unless provided a valid clearance by Best Trailer Trax.
- Duplicate, copy, resell, loan, provide illegal access to music, or act as distributor of music by BestTrailer Trax for ANY means. This includes the use of internet by streaming, or any method to be introduced in the future.
- Alter/Change/Remix any music without prior, valid written consent /clearance provided by BestTrailer Trax.
- Use music with the intent of unlimited downloads; transfers, distribution, or any method that allows customer/user to create or recreate any musical content provided by BestTrailer Trax. Sampling instruments or products is completely restricted.
